I am a manager and an expert in people transformation and leadership development. But I am also a philosopher and a psychologist.
I got my start studying philosophy. I wanted to take a step back, learn concepts to understand the overall meaning of existence. Then I studied psychology. I wanted to understand the essence of each individual to help people to find their own meaning of the existence. This is why I am good with both concepts and people.
In the past ten years, I have traveled the world to support and coach individuals, leaders, top executives & teams of international organizations in their career & leadership development & in the transformation they face. I have also designed global strategic leadership, change and development programs. Previously, I worked in the R&D field where I was specialized designing assessment programs.
All the projects I lead are inspired by the same passion and values: a lot of listening, a tailored approach, a strong will to make a difference and a genuine interest for people and organizations.
In a nutshell, my passion for people is coupled with a love for designing creative projects that have a real added value for both people and companies. I want to support people and organizations & I go the extra mile to make a positive and meaningful impact. I strive for win-win relationships and long-term partnerships. This is what I do best and love most.
