About Audrey
Why I created Bubble Insight
Bubble Insight was born from a desire for freedom.
Not from an entrepreneurial ambition, but from the freedom to create the kind of experiences I truly believed in.
Throughout my career, I have worked across international organisations, global consulting firms, research and development, higher education, NGOs and multinational companies, across both the public and private sectors. Every experience broadened my perspective and deepened my curiosity.
Perhaps the greatest privilege has been accompanying people at moments that truly matter to them. Witnessing their reflections, their questions, their courage and their wisdom continues to inspire the way I think about leadership, organisations and people. And it remains, to this day, one of the reasons I am still so deeply passionate about this work.
Over the years, one conviction kept growing stronger.
Transformation happens when research, creativity and deeply human experiences come together to spark curiosity, encourage exploration, challenge perspectives and inspire meaningful action.
That is the kind of experience I wanted the freedom to design.
The freedom to combine psychology with philosophy. Behavioural science with systems thinking. Research with creativity. Reflection with action.
The freedom to choose the approach that best serves the people in the room — not the one that simply follows convention.
- To step sideways instead of following the obvious path.
- To question assumptions.
- To explore.
- To create experiences people don’t expect — but never forget.
- To bring both depth and lightness into the room.
- To create experiences that are intellectually rigorous, deeply human and genuinely enjoyable.
- To focus on what creates the greatest value.
Because no two people, teams or organisations are ever the same. Every experience calls for curiosity, creativity and, above all, discernment.
What never ceases to fascinate me are those moments when something shifts.
- A new perspective emerges.
- A conversation suddenly opens up.
- Someone dares to try something they never thought possible.
- A team starts seeing new possibilities together.
- An organisation begins to see itself differently.
Those moments remind me, every single time, why I love this work.
Bubble Insight became the place where I could finally bring that conviction to life.
What began as a creative conviction gradually became an entrepreneurial journey.
Today, I find just as much fulfilment in building Bubble Insight as I do in designing transformative experiences — bringing exceptional people together, nurturing an ecosystem of remarkable partners and continuously imagining new possibilities.
